York based Sawfish Software wins Credit Today Award

The prize was awarded for their product Debtflow; a debt management software package which is currently being used by CCCSVA to streamline and simplify their debt management processes.

Based on the Middlethorpe Business Park in York, Sawfish Software have been providing software solutions to industry professionals for 6 years and have an enviable customer base. With their new product CaseFlow as well as their current sales management product SalesFlow, Sawfish Software is sure to have a big future following this award for DebtFlow. The Credit Today Awards are the debt industry’s equivalent to the Oscars and was hosted by comedian Bill Bailey at the Dorchester hotel in London.

CCCSVA credits DebtFlow for allowing it to enhance the help and support it provides to struggling debtors by streamlining IVA processes through automating documents, calculations and cash transactions. This has allowed CCCSVA staff to focus on giving advice and support to those it is helping instead of time intensive administrative tasks.

Steve Nicholson, Chief Executive of CCCSVA says that Debtflow has played an important part in ensuring it has been able to meet the growing needs of debtors who are embarking on IVAs : “The recession has left many people facing unmanageable debt but CCCSVA, with the help of Debtflow, has been able to ensure that those who choose an IVA are given the best service and support possible.”
