Lead facilitator is John Dodgson, a leading consultant in SME strategy and culture with Pera - an industry association owned by the companies it serves, which works to improve the growth and competitiveness of industry and business in Europe. John is a fellow of the Institute of Business Consulting with over 20 years experience in senior and board roles with businesses ranging from a Multi -Million Oil Company to SMEs.
