Ian Newall, Business Manager for Huthwaite Open Courses – Ian began his career in civil engineering, but has spent most of his working life in training and consulting. Ian also ran his own consultancy in negotiation and dispute resolution for both the private and public sectors. His training style is participative and engaging and he enjoys helping delegates to learn and develop their skills to improve bottom line results. Ian has a vast amount of lecturing experience and is also a fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management.
