Guest Speakers

Stuart Barker, Director, The Agenci - The Agenci are a specialist Information Security and Data Protection Business founded in 2004. He specialises in Cloud Computing Security, PCI DSS, ISO27001, Third Party, Business Controls Assurance. Prior to joining the Agenci Stuart was the Head of Data Governance and Information Security at GE and subsequently Santander. He has worked across the world, spoken at conferences and actively participated in the creation of industry wide compliance standards. He will be discussing the challenge that face both providers and consumers of cloud computing services and some simple measures businesses can take to protect themselves and their customers.

Tracey Hannan, KC Business - Having spent the last 2 decades in IT Security holding Technical, Commercial and Auditing roles, Tracey will discuss the legal implications, impacts, real threats and the true costs of Data breaches within your business and how to identify if your business has been breached.

Mark Wityszyn, IT Security Manager, Ventura, Part of the Capita Group - Mark is responsible for all aspects of IT Security, from governance to penetration testing. Employing more than 8,000 people throughout its onshore and offshore operations, Ventura provides services to an array of blue chip and government organisations. Mark holds GIAC Penetration Tester, Web Application Penetration Tester and Incident Handler. The presentation will cover the key controls required for a modern security programme. We will explore the benefits that each bring and cost effective ways in which they can be delivered. This is not a check box approach to security, but one which makes a real difference.
