Iqbal Robun, Solutions Specialist for Research in Motion (RIM), a global leader in wireless innovation, revolutionised the mobile industry with the introduction of the Blackberry solution in 1999. Showcasing their latest product, the Blackberry Playbook the world’s first professional tablet, RIM provide a fascinating overview of how they expect it to change the way we do business.
 
Andy Lake, Editor - flexibility.co.uk the online journal of flexible working will provide an insight into Realising the benefits of flexible working’. Looking at the theory and practice of flexible/smart working - the proposed benefits and how organisations are implementing new work practices to increase agility, reduce business costs (in particular property and travel), meet staff aspirations and reduce the environmental footprint of work.  The presentation will examine the people, property and technology issues, and highlight were things go wrong as well as where they achieve the benefits with findings from case studies and the latest research.
 
Owen Dukes, Director - Propalms will showcase a suite of software products that allow mobile and home workers to access data and applications in a secure manner. Owen will also show how they enable the external delivery of centrally managed applications and windows desktops, to any type of device.
